- Government-Issued Identification: A clear copy of your government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Proof of Address: An additional document showing your current address (this can be part of the government-issued ID or a separate document, such as a utility bill).
4. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds for damaged items will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The damage must have occurred prior to your receipt of the item.
- All required documentation (photographs, identification, and proof of address) must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim for a refund:
- Email us at info@peakperformanceoutfitters.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Include the following in your email:
- Photographs of the damaged item, clearly showing the damage and the serial number.
- A clear copy of your government-issued ID or driver’s license.
- Proof of address (if not included in the government-issued ID).
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Process
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
7. Chargeback Scams
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By purchasing from Peak Performance Outfitters, you agree to abide by our Return and Refund Policy. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent, including providing evidence to credit card companies and law enforcement agencies.
