Peak Performance Outfitters: Return and Refund Policy

We keep our return terms clear so customers know what qualifies and what documentation is required. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they arrive unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. This standard helps protect honest customers while limiting fraudulent damage and use claims.
1. Standard 30-Day Returns for Eligible Unopened Items
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition requirement: Items must be unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and included parts.
- Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard approved returns unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
- Eligibility: This applies only to qualified products. Final-sale items, hazardous materials, consumables, intimate-use items, and products restricted by law or carrier rules are not eligible unless they arrived in defective condition.
2. Opened Items, Damage, and Arrival-Condition Claims
If a product arrives opened, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in sellable condition, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Opened items are only eligible when the documentation shows the condition existed on arrival and was not caused after delivery.
- Required documentation: Clear photos of the item, the packaging, the shipping label, and the serial number if applicable.
- Packaging hold: Keep the original box and packing materials until the claim is reviewed.
- Return shipping for approved claims: If we confirm the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, we will provide return instructions without charging standard return shipping back to the customer.
3. Return Review Process
- Email info@peakperformanceoutfitters.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the request.
- Include arrival-condition photos whenever the item is opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in the same condition shown on the product page.
- Our team reviews requests and responds with approval, denial, or next-step instructions within 5 business days.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after an arrival-condition claim is approved. Bank and card-provider processing times may add additional business days before the refund appears.
5. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds where the evidence conflicts with the reported condition, shows post-delivery damage, or indicates use, tampering, or fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with order records, tracking, photographs, and correspondence.
