Peak Performance Outfitters: Shipping Policy

Our goal is to keep shipping expectations visible before checkout. Processing windows, qualifying free-shipping thresholds, and destination-based carrier rates are shown as clearly as possible so customers know what to expect before they place an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing window: Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days before dispatch.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive confirmation shortly after purchase and tracking details once the order is fulfilled.

2. Shipping Rates and Free-Shipping Threshold

  • Free standard shipping: Qualifying US orders over $99 receive free standard shipping when the product and destination are eligible.
  • All other orders: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the item, carrier, service level, and destination.
  • Non-qualifying items: Oversize, hazardous, vendor-restricted, or destination-restricted items may not qualify for the free-shipping threshold even when the cart total is over $99. Checkout will show the final shipping charge before payment.

3. Delivery Timing

Transit estimates depend on the carrier and destination. The checkout page provides the best available estimate, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and may shift during peak seasons, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

4. International and Special-Destination Orders

Orders ship only to destinations that are offered at checkout. If checkout does not present a shipping service for a destination, that destination is not currently available. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees remain the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@peakperformanceoutfitters.com as soon as possible. Damage claims should include photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label, and should be submitted within 3 days of delivery so the carrier and vendor review can begin quickly.
