QAD Ultra-Rest HDX Arrow Rest

QAD Ultra-Rest HDX is a fall-away arrow rest that maintains full arrow containment from nocking to the moment of release. The rest holds the arrow from three points — launcher arm and two containment forks — so the arrow stays in position regardless of how you cant the bow during a treestand shot or a quick offhand draw on a moving animal.

Full Containment vs. Standard Fall-Away

A standard fall-away rest supports the arrow from below and drops away at the shot to avoid fletching contact. The limitation is that the arrow can fall off the rest if you twist the bow or angle it away from horizontal. Full containment rests solve this by holding the arrow on three sides — the arrow doesn't move regardless of bow angle until the string is released. For hunting, where you often draw at awkward angles and can't control the approach of an animal, containment removes a common source of missed shots and misfires.

Setup and Calibration

The HDX attaches to the berger hole on the riser and connects to the downward cable or the buss cable depending on your bow configuration.
